Please contact us. (info@tomeishoji.co.jp)We will send the quotation of FOB or C&F or CIF price to you.If you agree with the price, please make 100% payment by T/T, and send the T/T copy by E-mail. Please send us the *consignee details (Name, address and phone number) of your car. We start booking the vessel for your car as soon as we confirmed your payment.After ship has been started from Japan, we’ll send you copy of B/L.The vehicles is received at the agreed port, you are ready to clear the unit at the port, and the car is all yours !

To be our members

STEP1

Please contact us. (info@tomeishoji.co.jp), and then, if you want to be our members, we will provide a Direct Auction Access to you. Please search the car to get the market information in the Japanese action sites.

STEP2

Search the vehicle what you want for bid.and then, please email us following information before bidding day.

  • Vehicle name

  • Auction No.

  • Max. bidding price for the vehicle that you can accept  

e.g. Land Cruiser / No.1234/ 400,000 yen.


We will e-mail you estimated total price of FOB, C&F, CIF.Please e-mail us your final decision to bid or not. If you agree the price, please send the deposit to our bank account by T/T, Deposit is 20% of the vehicle

STEP3

After we confirm your deposit, and then we will bid the car instead of you.

If we could successfully bid the car, the payment would be calculated accounting to the real bided price.

For example

Your price limit : 400,000 yen

Auction price: 350,000 yen

Your payment would be calculated at 350,000 yen, you could see the real bided price by yourself through the action sites.

If your bid is not successful ?

Do not worry !We can send back all deposit to you.But we will deduct bank transmission fee

STEP4

We purchase your vehicle successfully, we will inform you the total payment within the same bidding day.

Please send us the balance of the payment by T/T within 2 days.

and show us the copy of T/T.

If we are not able to buy the car under your auction bidding price,we can try again in the next auction or we can reimburse the deposit back to you.

Note: Bank transmission fee 、 will be deducted from the reimbursement.

STEP5

After we receive your all payment, we will arrange your car’s shipment.

Note

After we purchase your vehicle successfully, you can not cancel your order for the vehicle.

Our charge

(including Auction fee, land transportation fee and commision)

(FOB price)

Note:If auction place is far from the port, we need additional transportation fee.If you want to do C&F or CIF, we will add shipping charge and insurance on the payment.If your country needs inspection, we will add the inspection fee on your payment.
