Bid Deposit / Security Deposit
Please transfer the applicable deposit amount to our company account based on the vehicle's final auction bid price. (All transfer fees are to be covered by the customer.) A deposit receipt will be issued to you once the payment has been confirmed.

Cancellation Before Winning a Bid
If you decide to cancel your purchase before a vehicle is successfully won at auction, you will receive a full refund. To qualify, the cancellation request must be submitted within 3 business days (banking days) of your initial application. Please note that only actual costs incurred (such as bidding fees, bank transfer charges, and a communication fee of JPY 3,300) will be deducted. There are no additional cancellation fees for withdrawals made prior to a successful bid.
Bid Instructions
Upon receiving your application, we will send you detailed listings of matching vehicles via LINE or email. This is the best time to ask any questions you may have.
Once you find a vehicle of interest, please send your bid instructions via LINE or email. You must include the listing number and your maximum bid price. All bid instructions must be submitted by the day before the auction. To prevent errors, we do not accept bid instructions by phone. Even after a phone discussion, final instructions must be confirmed in writing via LINE or email.
Bidding & Auction Results
No cancellations or changes can be made on the auction day. All updates must be communicated by the previous day.
■ If Your Bid is Successful (Vehicle Won):
・ We will email you an invoice within 24 hours. It will detail the final hammer price (auction sheet provided), our service fee, inland transport (auction house to our facility), automobile taxes, recycling fees, and the total amount due.
・ The total invoice amount must be transferred to our designated account within 3 days of the winning bid. (All bank transfer fees are the client's responsibility.)
・ Cancellation after a successful bid is not permitted.
■ If Your Bid is Unsuccessful (Vehicle Not Won):
・ We will assist you in targeting the next available auction.
・ You may continue bidding as long as your criteria remain unchanged, with no time limits.
・ If you wish to cancel the search, your initial deposit will be fully refunded upon request. The refund must be requested within 3 business days, and will be processed minus any actual costs incurred (e.g., bidding fees, bank charges, a communication fee of JPY 3,300).
Vehicle Delivery
We can deliver your vehicle directly to your address anywhere in Japan (delivery fee applies). Please contact us for a shipping quote. Alternatively, you may pick up the vehicle from our facility free of charge.
